  • I had a flat tire and came to Chadd about 5 till 6 on a Friday when the business was about to close for the weekend and the guys in the shop were srill working hard like they just opened. Chadd was eager to have my tire fixed before i left. Within 5 to 10 minutes I walked out with a patched tire for $20. I went across the street prior to Goodyear where they wanted to keep my tire over night because their staff wanted to go home. Their service is free and maybe that's why they aren't as convenient. I'd rather give my business and money to fix the problem immediately than feel like I am on someone elses time. Thanks Chadd for your outstanding customer service and for me keeping all you guys a little later on a Friday evening and you still providing great customer care. Thank you to the guys in the shop who rocked it out quicker than lightning. I will be back in a few months to get my bigger tire and new rims.
