  • Do not ever lease a property being managed by Newman Property Management. I leased a house for 2.5 years and left it in way better condition than when I took possession of it. I paid a professional cleaning crew to come in to clean, filled the nail holes (even ones that were there before I took possession). I also had the palm trees cleaned out back which were in horrible shape when I took possession and had the weeds pulled. There was garbage mixed in with the fill in the backyard when I leased it and it was exactly as I received it. It was not painted when I moved in, door knobs were broken, etc. and yet they kept $700 of my deposit for all the things that were wrong when I moved in..... NEVER, NEVER, NEVER lease any property from this low life property management company. Seriously! Spread the word!!!
