Used to love this place but they expanded and apparently the kitchen can't keep up. I tried to call in an order but the phone just rang continuously. So I went to the restaurant to place my order to go and was informed their phone isn't working. I said I wanted to place a to go order and the guy points to the kitchen and says "see all those tickets up there (there were maybe 7) it's going to be a 45 minute wait for a to-go order." I worked in the food service industry. That is horrible customer service. He then told me I could place my order online through Yelp ($10 delivery fee). I was planning on ordering a mole bowl with a side of beans. All of those items are already prepared and take less than 5 minutes to put together. I took my business elsewhere.
