At first I was afraid to go because, let's face it, I haven't done gymnastics in years and I am 26 so...but I was missing some type of physical activity related to it. Thankfully they are supportive and welcome all levels so I can one day work up to more intensive classes. I want to go two or three times a week but I cannot afford it, but weekly aerial yoga is more manageable. I'd say try it. When I goof everyone laughs with me and they encourage me to get up!
