  • I brought in my 2015 RAV4 for simple basic wash/wax and floor mat shampoo.. Paid $140 without complaint even though I know it's overpriced compare to other places.. When I collect my car back, my power lift gate is no longer operational.. A guy who claimed to be the owner came out when I started asking question on where and how they cleaned my lift gate.. Instead of an apology and helping me to troubleshoot, he straight out deny everything.. He even started to make it sound like I'm lying about my car condition.. I get it fixed easily since it's still under Toyota warranty.. But I'm still not going back to that place given that kind of attitude.. No sense of responsibility nor ownership once something goes wrong.. Believe me when I say we can get more value and service for our money worth anywhere else..
