  • Worst experience with any doctor's office ever. If you need a timely response to an issue do not go here. There was an issue with a prescription they wrote. The pharmacy tried to contact them for 2 weeks and got no response. I left 3 voicemails and didn't hear back, and after finally getting a live person to answer the phone was told it would be fixed within the hour. 3 hours later, nothing. When I called again (again multiple tries before reaching a live person) they said it hadn't been signed off on, so couldn't be sent out. And the doctor had already left for the day. She just couldn't have been bothered to actually complete her duties for the day and actually help her patients. This is by far the worst office I have EVER been to. On top of all that, they completely lost my original appointment. I regret giving them a second chance at this point. If you're looking for a terrible, 2-week long experience of unreturned calls, stress, and having to stop psychiatric medications cold turkey because they can't do their jobs, this is the place for you. If you want to feel like the staff actually cares about you and have any confidence in your doctor, DO NOT GO HERE.
