  • This store is very small and the cloths selection is not all that great. Customer Service is horrible!! I heard an employee complaining /bashing Forever 21 about not allowing her to travel to go see her mother to another co-worker. I walked by them and was not greeted or asked if I needed help finding something. Management and employees need to have a refresher on good customer service. Seems like everyone working at this store was miserable. I think the one at Az Mills and Fashion Square are the best to shop at. Don't waste your time here.
