  • After a week of the flu running rampant in our home... we needed some serious cleaning and sanitizing! I have one year old twins who had been sick in our family room/TV room where we spend most of our time. We have an ottoman I really love that was stained along with a couple big spots on the carpet. We cleaned it up as best as we could with products we had around the house, but I was eager to hire a professional who could get the job done right. Mike did just that. I'm so glad I called him. He was easy to get a hold of and scheduled an appointment for the following day. He's very friendly, easy to talk to and you can tell he enjoys his work. He cleaned and sanitized the ottoman and carpet for us. It looks so much better. I also have a couple rugs/runners in my hallway he cleaned as well. I was especially impressed with how well the carpet turned out. There were a few older stains that had been there for quite a while that the last carpet cleaning company I used wasn't able to completely remove. Not sure what Mike did that was different, maybe his technique, maybe the equipment he uses, but he totally got rid of all the spots! We were really pleased with Mike and felt the price he charged was reasonable. As he was cleaning up and getting ready to head out, he got a call on his phone and I overhead the brief conversation he had. It was with a lady who wanted to schedule with him and he told her he was just finishing his last appointment of the day but would be happy to come by her place on his way home to see how he could help her. I was impressed that he was willing to take on another customer right then and there at 4:00 in the afternoon when he could have just gone home and scheduled her for another time. I would definitely recommend Mike and will use him again in the future!
