rev:text	My delivery was messed up, and I had to take two days off work and sleep on someone else's bed for a week. I asked for a protective mattress cover as compensation, and the sales person responded by saying "It cost me $10 to come to work today, there's no way". A complaint to corporate earned me an $80 gift card in the mail. The bed is heaven! Memory foam is awesome!
