  • I shop at this Belk location out of all others the most. Today at the Clinique area, this lady pissed me off. We've waited in line to check out ONE ITEM, but she decided to keep us waiting. After she had helped out the first 2 ladies in front of us, she decided to make a phone call, after a phone call, she went on and helped another lady who came AFTER US! (wtf, we were NEXT!) I had waited over 10 minutes and I was the first in line! After waiting for 10 minutes, more customer came in line behind us, she asked "Whose next?" I had raised my hand and said "Excuse me, but we're next." But she decided to ask the people behind us if they were first or if they need any help. That's when one lady behind us kindly said "They (meaning me and my family) were next." I had never been so impatient like this before. I've never met this lady before and been to this Clinique location a couple of times every few 2-3 months! By the way, she didn't even greet us or thank us for shopping there. At least I had said "Thank you."
