  • Horrible service ! Never in my life have I had to deal with such a horrible company such as this one! They charge an arm and a leg for service that they can't deliver on! I had cox for three years during that time I had spoken with at least 100 customer service reps and over 24 technicians in my house and around my property trying to get the service I was paying 220 dollars a month for to work! The 220 a month was also a discounted bundled price! Gosh I wish I changed over to century link a long time ago now my bills cheap and the service I was promised is delivered !!!!!
