Worst experience ever!! If you want to have a taste of the worst and the most insulting and certainly third-world country-like customer experience, come here...
Today I went to my appointment and got yelled up for having not responded to the owner's "multi-channel" confirmation system. Indeed, I got emails, phone calls and text messages to confirm this one appointment. When I got the email, I clicked the " confirm" button in the email to confirm. Subsequently, I ignored the phone calls and text message from an unrecognized number because I work full time and am a busy professional like anybody else! I have a life, I do not have time to respond to the same confirmation three times!! I found it extremely unnecessary and mildly annoying.
This is no longer the dental office i found back in 2015 when Dr. Larson was working there. The new management/ ownership is very poor and rude. So I abruptly walked away from that place and will never go back. I won't recommend it to any self-respecting human beings either.
