  • I really don't think they care about their reviews and or customers in their face. I quit coming here because I got a good size scratch on the hood of my lifted truck. I was told that if my truck wasn't so tall it wouldn't have happened... REALLY? I asked why they would take it through the automated system if they knew it was too big and that they could have charged me more for a hand wash. Manager's response "I didn't think of it" and then just walked away. Ok Then...
