  • I ordered cleaning at my parents' house, I don't think their rugs had been cleaned for 8 years. My father in particular is a slob and his office carpet showed very clearly traffic stains and where the area rug that was so disgusting I had to throw it out had been. Jason called 30 minutes before as promised, showed up on time. It was harder than he thought but he did the entire job in a reasonable amount of time and for the quoted price. When my parents came home and saw the carpets, they were AMAZED. The carpet was so clean you couldn't tell where the area rug had been, all the traffic stains were gone, it was lovely.
