Good luck canceling your membership without being charged an additional month. Even after I sent my 30 day nice via certified mail, as per the contract, I was still charged for a month after the fact. I went into a location to talk to someone, because the phone lines were disconnected, and found that the guy that supposedly receives the cancelations was working at this location. He looked up my account and for some odd reason, it was still active. He then proceeded to cancel my membership and put that I was to be refunded for the month I was charged. He said it would take 3-5 business days to complete the refund. That was now 2 weeks ago. I called the gentleman back a week later and was told that if I wasn't refunded within the next couple days, then he would pay me out of his own pocket. I guess that is not the case as he claimed that he did his part and now I have to call yet another manager to get this scam of a business to pay me back. I am contacting the Better Business Bureau and filing a complaint as well. After reading other customers' reviews, I see this is a problem with this company.
