  • The absolute worst. Las Vegas and worldwide customers beware! 2 orders were not delivered and yet, 1-800-Flowers still claimed that they were. One bouquet was intended as condolences for a family grieving for a recently deceased loved one. Blame was shifted between 1-800-Flowers and the local florist that they work with (But only after several complaints were lodged). How horrible is that? Shame, shame, shame! A redelivery attempt was botched once again. Customer service is of absolutely no help. Stay away from this fraudulent corporation.
