  • On more than one occasion I've gotten up to the front of the line, only to find out they've run out of some of the staple flavors. Last night they did not have vanilla, regular chocolate, dark chocolate, mint chocolate chip, cream flavor. Really?? Most of the mix creations they make need one of these flavors. The people there did not care AT ALL. They even smirked when we complained. They should at least put a sign up or make an announcement so you are not waiting in line 20 minutes for nothing. The place is terribly managed and not clean either. VERY DISAPPOINTED!
