  • I've been a member here for over a year (I bought a pack of classes to fit in with my other memberships... just so I had more flexibility), and I really do enjoy it. They have recently gotten brand new mats on their floors - so it's actually much cleaner (I know a lot of other reviews referred to cleanliness as an issue). I would still recommend wearing socks with grippers if you go (like barre/yoga socks) just because you'll have much more grip on the mat. The instructors are great - and the class has a LOT of energy which keeps you motivated. Everyone is super friendly - and nonjudgmental - which I think helps make the workout open to everyone. Elissa is great - she always is super friendly and reminds me to come back and finish my class package :) I am very active (and hold memberships at other studios - Barre & Orange Theory) and honestly, you get what you pay for. Yes, you could pay $10/month to go to Planet Fitness and have pizza - but are you really going to a) go, and b) workout to lose the weight? Memberships to any specialty classes are never cheap - but you WILL go since you are investing in yourself. If it's not worth it to you, or the cost is to high - if you really want to do it, you'll budget for it (whether that means cutting down your everyday Starbucks, or a gym membership you don't use). The only thing I don't like is the partner work. It's great to meet new people - but honestly, sometimes I would prefer a class with a little less partner work :)
