  • Extremely disappointed with this company. Overall treatment of my broken toe was ok, but I broke my toe 3 years ago. I made my portion of the payment same day, the insurance paid their portion shortly after. Fast forward to this week and imagine my surprise when I open the mail and see a bill. Sure it was for a small amount, but 3 years later? When I called the billing company, they explained they took the account over last year and had nothing to do with it. When I asked if they would just write off the few dollars, I was told, " I don't make the policies, it's what they want." Congratulations. You got what you want. Hope it was worth it because you have lost my business over an amount totaling less than 5 dollars. I will be sure to tell everyone I know about my experience. It's a shame.
