  • Disgusted by the way they treated my family member they constantly attacked him verbally. I understand he made a bad decision and he knew it but they didn't have to talk down to him. At one point I called to check if he would be released early and the emergency room nurses actually lost him they told me he was in one room and then another nurse questioned her and said it was an empty room!! They thought they were whispering but I could here everything they had no idea where they put him and just told me he wasn't ready and hung up immediately before I could even speak! Unprofessional nurses when I called back and they found him they told me a different room number. Finally when he was discharged they just left him outside even though I was 45 minutes away. He could barely walk. They didn't even check his ankle when he could barely walk they only checked the worst of the problems, not thorough. If you care about your health or your families health please go to St Rose. Stay away from the Filipina nurse who I didn't even get her name because she was so scared of being caught for misplacing her patient she hung up too fast. Horrible horrible hospital I wish I could give it a negative 5 stars -5!
