I made an appointment with Michelle on Thursday for a virgin hair texturizer on Saturday morning.
I arrived at Michelle's Salon at 8AM, my scheduled time and gave her a call - no answer. The trains were bad that morning, so i thought that she was just delayed. I waited another 25 minutes, and still no answer.
Michelle, rang me a few hours later apologising. Apparently she had an emergency and was at the hospital.
Whilst i am sympathetic - things happen, i felt that if an emergency was the case, why not get one of your colleagues to contact me and let me know the deal. Instead you leave me for 30 minutes at you salon door, knocking and calling like an idiot, until i eventually decide to just leave.
Would not go back, neither would i recommend.
