| - They used to have an "exterior car wash," which included the guys wiping down the car while the customer waited. Now, it's an "express" wash for $6, with customer remaining in the car as it goes over the tracks, but no wipe-down afterwards. This is essentially the same as any other automated car wash, except it didn't dry the windshield adequately and left spots, as if the car had been in the rain! (Terribles is much better for this type of wash.)
Online coupons used to be more generous too. Now they're only 15 percent off (previously 40-50 percent off) starting with the "full" wash, which costs $14.95.
The annoying windshield glass guys still hang around, pawing at your windshield. They're like the hated squeegie guys in New York! I told the guy to get lost because it's a scam: they claim that fixing tiny scratches is "free" because your insurance pays. Ha ha. Insurance pays for nothing without raising your premium. These guys shouldn't be allowed to TOUCH your windshield without your permission. (And I'm not pasting any red stickers to my car just to keep these scammers away, thank you!)
All in all, this place has really gone downhill. Sad, because they used to be fairly good (except for the windshield scammers).
