  • The absolute HORROR! What can I say that hasn't been said. I, too, would give them zero stars if possible. I will spare you our disgusting experience, but let's just say dishonest, sleazy, apathetic and disingenuine all apply. Andre was our salesman who seems ok, but is bound by his abhorrent manager and their practices. Mike, his manager, talks a good game about being in law enforcement and former military and how his word means something. Alas, it does not. Jason is their manager who assured us he would work for us and try to repair the damage that had been done. Fortunately no breath was being held as he, not surprisingly, did nothing to amend the situation. I have bought cars from big lots before, and was still surprised at their tactics and games. They actually give a bad name to all sleazy used car salesmen out there. In summation...DO NOT GO THERE!
