  • I have a new appreciation for the water restoration business and an even greater appreciation for Dry Force. After experiencing a flood in the middle of the night, my stress and uncertainty about what to do next was quelled by the folks at Dry Force within minutes of my call. A technician (Sergio) arrived at my home in less than 30 minutes and completely provided my wife and I relief. He was professional, considerate and extremely thorough. Although he drew the short-straw on covering late-night emergencies that night, I couldn't have asked for better customer service. Frankly, I was expecting much less in terms of response time, organizational effectiveness and professionalism (especially so late at night). I was also impressed with the use of what seemed to be, state-of-the-art technology. Sergio used an electronic tablet to take pictures and start my file. This system provided a cohesive service delivery (eliminating any gaps in communication) for us throughout the entire process, no matter who we spoke to at Dry Force. On that note, I need to recognize Albert who assisted me by phone later in the process. Although Albert works at the office (not in the field), he was able to answer questions about our situation seamlessly and with confidence, despite not being our specific technician. Again, we received exceptional customer service and professionalism. I don't usually take the time to post reviews and I am not easily impressed, but my experience with Dry Force exceeded all expectations and is worthy of the recognition. Thank you Dry Force and keep doing what you're doing to ensure such a pleasant customer experience!
