| - I was referred to this company via AHS. As others have mentioned, the customer service person (who claims she was the owner and/or supervisor) Amber and/or Alexa, was incredibly rude. She, unprovoked, had a negative attitude, was argumentative, and was unable to respond to simple questions such as do I or do I not need to expect/ have an appointment that was made. As such, I am unable to evaluate the quality of work they offer. What I can say, is that if that person is the leader of that company and she does not respect her customers, then I can assume that the staff are not any better treated. Therefore the staff are not as likely as those working for a quality, positive, friendly supervisor/owner, to provide services that are par, let alone above and beyond.
