  • They never answer their phone. When we go over hoping they will have everything bagels they are usually out. Yesterday at 11:00 a.m. They were out of everything bagels and said they wouldn't have any more. This is not the way to run a business. Not having a best seller for the lunch crowd is inexcusable. We have been going there for over 2 yrs. and service has become increasingly worse. Shame on them.
