  • Blue Blaze makes the best beer out of anyone in Charlotte. I love every single one of their standard five beer lineup, which includes a kolsch, amber, black IPA, stout, and an altbier. I have never been to another brewery where literally every single beer was that good. They also have guest brews on tap, which I think shows wonderful support for the local craft community. In addition to excellent brewing, Blue Blaze has one of my favorite atmospheres. Even though they're near some dodgy/industrial areas, they've created a woodsy, cabin vibe that I really like. They have nice outdoor seating options and the decor is wonderful.
