  • I've had a car loan with this bank since 2012. When I tried to pay off the remaining balance they stuck me with a $125 pre-payment penalty on top of the 6% interest rate I've had all these years. I requested that they remove the penalty and the VP of the bank, Melissa, refused and was extremely rude. Typical bank, greedy until the end. Do NOT recommend this bank.
