The hotel is great, the manager Bilal
is a complete asshole. I tried to extend my stay and he first said that nothing is available. Then he magically found a suite that was a lot more expensive. Hmm how convenient. He then proceeds to tell me that if I want fine if not I'll sell it to someone else. He said it's sold out and he has the right to charge more money. He then showed me the door and I left. This is by far the worst customer service experience I have ever had at a hotel. He needs to go back to wherever he came from. I like the Marriot brand a lot but hopefully this guy will get fired soon.
