This place is close to home and I've been meaning to come here for lunch. Finally had the chance to stop in this afternoon. Steiner's is at the corner of Blue Diamond and Las Vegas Blvd. Close to the Strip but far enough south that the prices are reasonable and it's mainly locals. Their menu is large and they have a nice variety of different sandwiches both hot and cold. I settled with a Reuben on toasted marbled rye and couldn't have been happier. The meat was tender and flavorful and very filling. The potato salad was just OK (a bit on the salty side). Our waitress said they don't make it there. My friend got the club sandwich on rye which was HUGE. It was so massive that he took half to go. We opted to just stick with soda instead of drinking but this looks like a cool place to have some cocktails and play video poker. I will definitely be back. Total bill with 20% tip about $36.
