| - I would give this place 0 stars if I could! The cashier Danielle was very rude and unprofessional! That's an understatement! She called my 11 month old and 3 year old "ugly raggedy ass kids". She is supposed to be the manager btw! I didn't disrespect her once before she brought my innocent children into adult business!
So I pull up I tell the guy that my car isn't an Suv and that I wasn't going to pay the over size fee and he insists that it is. He informs me that it will say on my registration and insurance. So I pull it out and tell him it doesn't say Suv. He asks me "so that car behind you is smaller than yours?" (It was a maxima btw) I said "no actually it's bigger, I have 5 seats in my car and I can't even fit 3 car seats in the back!" I said "it's fine., I'll argue my point with the manager." so he brought the manager and he said "it's "considered" an Suv." I said "okay well I hope they take pennies because that's all I have." He said "ok!" I went in to the cashier to give her my Groupon and she asked me for the oversize fee. So I started counting my pennies, she said "so your paying in pennies?" I said "yes, I don't have an Suv and that's all I have." So she said "okay it spends the same" (in a snarkie tone) she then says "give me the pennies and I'll count them, I count faster, I have other customers I have to deal with!" I was picking the pennies out of my change purse,,, she said " just pour them out on the counter!!" (Raising her voice at me) I said "okay well I'm using my pennies first" She counted out 87 cents and says "you don't have enough"., didn't bother counting the nickels and dimes and called the guys out side and told them " stop the car wash, she doesnt have enough, come up here and deal with her cause I'm not dealing with an attitude she's pouring out her change and I'm not dealing with it!" (I didn't have an attitude lol) so the guy comes in and I said "I do have enough and I don't have an attitude" She then asked me "do you have a pennie roller?" I said "no" She gave me a 50 cent roll and said " put the pennies in!" ( I did didn't give her a problem about doing it. Although she's the cashier.. but whatever, I did it...) so since I was standing to the side of the counter with the change I had I slid the change along with the roll of pennies around the card slider to give it to her. She says "now I'm going to ask you to pick them up and put it in my hand!" I said "why? Is it a respect thing to you?" She said "yes, and you ain't gettin your receipt unless you pick it up and put it in my hand" i said " you want to lie and say im giving you attitude and demand my respect? You need to count out the change anyway I don't have to pick it up and put it in your hand lol" She said "then you ain't getting your reciept!" I said "okay."
The she says "THEN TAKE YOUR RAGGEDY ASS AND SIT DOWN AND TAKE YOUR UGLY RAGGEDY ASS KIDS WITH YOU!" I SAID "I WILL STUPID BITCH" I turned around and asked for the cooperate number she said they weren't a cooperation I said then give me your bosses number. She refused!!! Told me "no!" And kept going on, told me to "get out of the store" and I said "no, call the cops if you want" She said " no, what are you going to do?" I said "you're going to lose your job" She said "and you're going to lose your kids!!!" I said yeah and why is that???" She started walking out of the door flipping me off, I said "yeah fuck you too bitch"..
She went and got the guy to make me leave. I said "she's the one who keeps going on" and her daughter said I started cussing her out... and I said "of course you're going to stick up for your mom, I said I'm sure if someone was bringing your kids into adult issues and calling them names you would be swinging instead of calling someone a bitch!!" He told me to leave and told the guy to finish my car so I can get out of there. I said "so you are going to make me stand in the cold with my kids because she wants to act unprofessional?" I asked him for his bosses number and he said he couldn't give me his bosses number and I said okay then he can come down here and he said he will be there tomorrow at 8am.
If you live in Vegas don't go to showtime car wash on centennial!
