I've bought two phones from this store and both times I've found the staff to be friendly, willing to help you out and determine your needs for a phone and then help you decide one what phone is right for you.
2 years ago, I bought the Blackberry Storm2. This week, I upgraded to the iPhone.
The sales staff practically does everything for you...transfers all your contacts over, helps you set up your email and holds your hand as you walk out the door.
I never felt like a valued customer at the other 2 big cell phone companies as I do here and with Verizon.
