  • ABSOLUTLEY HORRIBLE COMPANY!! DO NOT USE!!! I rented a margarita machine to make nonalcoholic icees for my daughter's party. They delivered me an commercial grade machine (not what was shown on their website) which kept shorting out. Three professional electricians were at the party and after trying to plug it into outlets that should have worked (like the one for the washer/dryer) they said it was a faulty machine. I could not get a hold of anyone at the company the entire evening and even did not hear from anyone until the next evening. The only person I had dealt with up until then and now was claiming to be the "delivery guy" and didn't want to deal with it. Finally the supposed owner called us TWO DAYS LATER while the machine still sits full of liquid at our house. After much hassle, they agreed to refund us the money. But in the end, we had 27 very disappointed kids holding empty icee cups. Horrible company, horrible customer service.
