I just joined Reformed Pilates as I was looking for a class that is focused more on strength training. I am a member at another gym but I don't feel like I am getting stronger so I decided to supplement my workouts with pilates and I really like it. The instructors are welcoming and definitely experts in their field. The classes are challenging, energizing and fun; I can't believe how quickly 50 mins goes by!
