  • I waited 35 minutes for my appointment. I then had a ten minute (new patient) appointment with Dr Ricker. After meeting with him, I can see why so many people forgo preventive care and testing. This doctor was so unbelievably smug, rude, dismissive and condescending. He didn't take a thorough history. He acted like I was putting him out being there. I'm not a doctor so I don't know what protocols I need for my conditions, and he was exactly zero help. I will never step foot in that office again.
