  • When I walked in I asked them if they know how to do ombré nails I showed the julie the tech the picture of nails I wanted she said ok. She just painted them white and threw pink over them. She asked if I like I said no it wasn't what I expected and the white is sloppy then she cleans up the white and re painted my nails like 4 times trying to do ombré I just gave up and told her to do one solid color. The paint job was sloppy still!!!! I got home and as soon as I walked in the door my nail was breaking off from so much acrylic polish remover on my nails from the paint job! My nail was soaked off!!! I was going to come back to this place they offered to fix it the next day so now I have to leave work early to get it fix because when I got home they closed in 15mins! That was my experience others may differ I am so upset!
