BEWARE! BEWARE! BEWARE!
This medical facility is beyond inferior! DO NOT USE THE Medical Imaging department. I was sent there by my physician for a MRI and it was a nightmare. The woman in the waiting room was telling all patients waiting that she did not know what she had no clue on what she was doing because she was filling in for someone who was on vacation. She proceeded to whine and bitch to anyone who was listening. I finally left after listening to her and rescheduled for another day only to incur worse. On my second visit I was told by the MRI technician exactly what to expect for my test and how I would need to follow their directions. They failed to follow their own instructions producing additional anxiety and undue distress for me during the test. Their responses after the test were totally unprofessional and unacceptable. They had no way to prove the test was dong correctly since they did not follow the expectations set with me yet they wanted me to take their word for it,
I then spent several phone calls with the manager Jessie Crowe who had everyone from the person who took my initial appointment to his director listening in on the calls so they could get all the information as they were concerned not about me or my situation as a patient but to cover their ass! They even admitted on the first call the only reason for the call was to provide feedback to the department! They did not even care about me as the patient!
I should have immediately contacted an attorney!
I had to wait until after my follow up doctor visit to find out they never mentioned in the test results their failure to do the test accurately and as they represented. My doctor confirmed they never mentioned it in the test results. It was at that point that due to their unethical response that I asked for my co-pay to be waived since I was seeking a second opinion on the test results that I would need to incur as an additional expense. They stated that since I never asked in the beginning that it was my fault and although they admitted 3 times they did not follow protocol for the test they were refusing to make any adjustment and I had to pay for the inferior test! This response came from the CEO Julie Nunley! She did not even have the respect to phone me to discuss. How pathetic!
Stay away from this hospital! From the admission people to the manger to anyone you speak with they will confirm to you this place is unprofessional and they do not care. Discuss with you physicians and demand to complete your test elsewhere. This place needs to go out of business!
