I'm gonna tell you right up front: I'm too old to stand for a concert and opening act without moving for 3 hours. However, if your knees and back can stand it, this venue is an intimate-ish and, to my old ears, acoustically correct venue.
Here's some tips:
1) Parking is not awesome, very small lots fill up quickly. Otherwise you're in a neighborhood and on your own.
2) Drinks are very reasonable, staff is very nice.
3) There is a balcony that has seating. Do your old self a favor and do the balcony - because the view is fabulous and your knees will live to bend another day.
From the knees up, this was a great experience and I wouldn't hesitate to go again!
