  • I am thoroughly disappointed in my son's first hair cut. I wish I would have came on here prior to read the reviews. We got there at 3:30 yesterday (Sunday) and there was no wait. We were greeted by the intense smell of chemicals as one of the workers was mopping the floors. My son (15 months) was so well behaved I almost died. Which is why I was completely surprised when his hair cut turned out crooked, uneven, and completely choppy. Don't get me wrong, the "stylist" was really nice, but I honestly don't think they hire certified cosmetologists. I think anyone can just walk in and get a job. I'm disgusted by this hair cut and I will never be returning. I can't seem to get ahold of anyone for a refund, and every time I call I get hung up on. Stay classy, Snip- It. Stay classy.
