  • Called John Desalvo's answering service about a chimney cap and cleaning. He showed up unannounced and looked at the job. After talking about what was involved, which he seemed to have the knowledge to do, he started bragging about his credentials, licenses, ongoing training etc. I told him i would need to see all of that current paperwork before he got started. He never came back and never called. In my opinion this guy is a POSER and would probably try to sue if he fell off my roof or in some way got hurt.
