  • Stood in line for over an hour to pick up a car reserved months in advance -- there's no way they didn't know these people were coming and when. The car we got is displaying "maintenance required. Visit your dealer", but we are told it just needs an oil change and is fine to drive. After the time it took to get and the fact they said they don't have any other midsize SUVs available, we took it, made a note of this and the various dings and scratches and are in our way to Sedona. Cheap, but I guess you get what you pay for.
