  • I visited the restaurant at this hotel. After some confusion getting points added to my World of Hyatt account, I contacted the front desk. Amy, the Assistant Front Office Manager, was very helpful. She went above and beyond to solve the problem. I was also impressed that she indicated she would use this issue for retraining staff. I highly recommend Hyatt Regency at the Arcade. Their customer service is exceptional.
