The only thing that saved this place was the French Onion Soup! That's the only reason I could think of to come back! The perfect French Onion soup. Otherwise it would've been a 2 star.
The service was great. They were mostly spot on with the water, timing, etc and very nice about it.
We got the ribeye and the Beef Tip Marsala dish. Oddly the beef tip dish was head and shoulders above the ribeye at this "steakhouse" though there wasn't much to say about it.
The ribeye was HORRENDOUS! The meat was obviously frozen and thawed at least once, possibly vacuum packed for like a 2 years. It had no natural juices anymore to speak of and had the texture of a frozen beef entree. They tried to hide this by putting a bunch of salt and some brown gravy on it. Really??? I'm not sure even the grill marks are real! The scalloped potatoes that came with it was a sloppy mess. The cream sauce had obviously broken and there was just a pool of oil on top and sludge at the bottom. They probably froze and reheated those too!
Get the soup! I wouldn't risk anything else!
