  • After having a mediocre experience at Audi Las Vegas I figured I'd trying Audi Henderson. What a difference! This place is night and day better. I called and spoke with Jared VanAken. After a few phone calls back and forth, we settled on agreeable price for a specific vehicle I found on their website. Jared got the vehicle and paperwork ready while I headed over. By the time I got there everything was ready to go. Car was washed, paperwork ready to sign, etc. Finance dept got me thru in under 10 mins start to finish. Neither Jared nor the finance person (Paul) were pushy. Nobody tried to up-sell me for an hour on products/services I didn't want. They just went over my available options, let me decide, and finalized my sales contract based on my choices. From my very first phone call until I drove off the lot was under 4 hours! Fantastic buying experience. I would purchase from Audi Henderson again in a heartbeat.
