Seems to me like Southwest Airlines is reverting back to there disastrous quality of service they had for the first several years after their inception. In the last year this airline has plummeted to each flight I'm on having a negative attribute such as but not limited to a delay, broken seat, luggage delay, broken tray table or worst of all, a cancellation. I'll allow them to have two stars, for now, because they're attempting to perfect their paperless ticketing system but they better get their act together imeadiately or I'll be asking my vendors to choose a different airline.
