  • It's a pretty casino (one of the cleanest and most decorative) but staff matter too. The sportsbook manager (not John Avello, I actually like John a lot) - but one of the main managers is the rudest I've ever dealt with. Only cares about his bonus, nothing about collateral damage - people do talk about places they hate.
