| - Incompetent, lazy, condescending, are some of the words that won't even begin describing this laughable company. I do not know if it is country-wide, but the Charlotte region is absolutely horrendous. Here is my experience with LaserSh*t.
I ordered an item off of Amazon website, Prime mind you, and was informed by the app that my package was delivered. I checked into it a bit further and it said that my package was left at the front door. I had the item with a shipped to a business where I work. I looked at the front door and noticed that there was no package left. I immediately called LaserShip, because this has happened before with them and if you are quick about it, you can get them to catch the driver before they are too far away. The driver said that the business was closed and it was undeliverable. I told them that this was impossible because the type of business that I work at, it is common knowledge that at noon on a Tuesday, the company is clearly open. The representative stated that they will reattempt to deliver the package the following day. Wednesday. Oct 11th. The 11th comes and goes and I am busy in a meeting all day and completely forget that my package was supposed to be delivered, and front desk says no attempt was made. Thursday comes and I call customer service back and inform them. This time, the representative took my phone number, descriptive instructions on exactly where to go, who to contact in case they had trouble delivering again and was assured that they would reach out on Friday, when they reattempt to deliver. On Friday, my phone does not ring and a package was not delivered. I give them a call....once again, on Saturday Oct 14th. I am assured and apologized to and am told...once again, that they will deliver the item on Monday when they go back on their route. I go to work on Monday and wait aimlessly for my delivery and sure enough, nothing comes. I call back on Tuesday... a week from when it was originally supposed to be delivered. I am told that LaserShip's computer system is down and that they will contact me once it comes up and give me an update on the package and when it should arrive. Surprise, I didn't hear back from anyone. I give them all day Wednesday the 18th to call back. Nothing. I call back on Thursday, extremely peeved. I notify them that I've made multiple phone calls, talked to many people and every one of them assure me that it's coming. This representative tells me that they are going to open an investigation for the item and will contact me on Friday and get it back out for delivery. I wait patiently on Friday for SOMETHING....but I knew that was asking too much. I did not call again until today, Monday, October 23rd, only to be told that the item has now been sent back to Amazon and that they are sorry and there's nothing that they can do.
