We're still in the process of dealing with Sofa Country but the process has been painful.
This family run store is friendly, but man they have problems with follow through. We're several weeks behind on our custom sofa order. That can happen, but the total lack of communication has been a nightmare.
We've repeatedly called and left messages and have yet to get a call back. When we DO reach someone in the store they never remember who we are. At one point we were told our sofa would be delivered "tomorrow", only to find out they thought we were another customer. We were then promised a follow-up call on a certain date which never came.
My sister-in-law bought a couch from them and had similar issues. She was happy with the end result (which is why this is not a 1-star), but it's a completely frustrating way to do business.
