  • David was highly engaged in all aspects of our home buying experience. He was extremely responsive and aggressively negotiated on our behalf. Since we were moving to Arizona from out of state on short notice, I truly believe that we presented a difficult scenario. David managed everything in stride including a short-term rental lease while we were waiting to close on the sale of our house in New Mexico and the purchase of our house in Arizona. We couldn't be happier with David and will recommend him to all of our friends for their future real estate needs.
