  • I drove all the way from Henderson to this west side location. The first time I visited, the manager was very thankful and nice. The second time there she asked me if I wanted to wait while she looked through my stuff. I said I would be back soon since there were 3 people ahead of me. She said the only way to leave is to donate the rest of my stuff that she didn't want to buy. I said I would take it back and give it to friends or my local school. That got her angry. She told me I couldn't leave. I waited of off to the side. She started complaining to the other worker telling her to make me last and have me wait and how dare me wanting to leave. I could see the other worker was embarrassed and wanted to help me. I feel the manager is mean and rude and would never go back. This manager needs to realize that without customers bringing in their clothes for her to sell she wouldn't have a business.
